LRNSC 2026 Annual General Meeting

All current London Region Nordic Ski Club [LRNSC] members are invited to participate in this AGM. It will take place in person from 14.00-16.00 at the club house at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.  

You can also view the event online via Zoom but to vote and have full participation you must attend in person or vote by proxy. 

How to participate

Register by 19:00 on Tuesday 29 September

• To assist with arrangements at the club house please confirm if you will participate in person or view online.  
• Those who register will be emailed with links to the final meeting documents and joining instructions by 1 October.
• If you are viewing the meeting online with another Club member, please ensure they are registered too - you can add their details during the checkout stage.

Pre AGM activities

In the morning prior to the AGM there will be roller ski coaching for adults and children, a Southern Roll relay challenge, and the circuit will also be available for general training/practice - find out more and book your place here.

There will be a 'swap shop' from 1200 till 1330 to give you a chance to pass on any ski related equipment that you no longer need and maybe acquire something useful from another member.

It will be on the basis of exchange or donation not selling. If you are bringing roller skis to pass please check that they are safe for someone else to use. If you bring anything that is not passed on please take it back at the end of the day. Anything left at the track afterwards will be disposed of.

During this time you can also grab a coffee or tea, and eat lunch [you'll need to bring your own] before the AGM.
