LRNSC Virtual AGM 2021

The meeting is open to current Club members and will be held online via Zoom to enable more members to participate, learn about and have their say on Club matters.

How to participate

Book your place by 9pm Wednesday 23 June.

You will be able to participate via computer, laptop or smartphone. Instructions on how to join and participate in the meeting will be emailed to those who register along with links to the final meeting documents on Friday 25 June.

- the provisional Agenda [the final agenda will be emailed to those registered by 12 June];
- minutes of the 2020 AGM.

Additional motions - deadline for receipt 9pm 30th May

Any member of the Club may submit a motion for [to] the AGM in writing to the Secretary by 9pm Sunday 30th May. Such a motion must be seconded, either in writing or from the floor of the meeting.

These will be recorded in order of receipt and dealt with in this order at the AGM. If several motions are received on the same topic, the Secretary & Chairman reserve the right to word a single motion combining the points raised.
