In this groundbreaking legal dispute, a Peruvian farmer seeks to hold a major German energy company accountable for its contribution to climate change impacts in Peru—potentially setting a powerful new precedent for corporate climate responsibility.

Taking place one week after the trial in Germany, the event will feature Saúl Luciano Lliuya, the claimant himself, who will offer firsthand insights into his legal dispute with RWE.
