Safeguarding Course 'Play it Safe'

The Play it Safe Course is an essential course. It is scenario-based that encourages coaches to think through how best to deal with some of the thorny safeguarding issues that may arise when coaching children. This is powerful because it gives a sound mental framework of how to address any issue that arises - as we cannot of course envisage every circumstance and there are different dynamics in each case.

‘I've been impressed by how well our coaches have in the past handled very challenging issues - and I attribute this course as having assisted them when they needed it.‘ Club Welfare Officer
