Who are the coaches?
- Current London Welsh first team coaches and ex professional rugby players Cai Griffiths (RFU Level 3 Coach) and Will Taylor (RFU Level 2 Coach) also enhanced DBS checked.
Do I need to have played rugby before?
- Whether you are an experienced player or completely new to the game, our Rugby Camps are suitable for players of all abilities of age 6 to 13.
How about lunch?
- Lunch is included and provided.
Do I need to be a member of London Welsh RFC?
- No. Everyone is welcome on a London Welsh Rugby Camp.
What do I need to bring to a Rugby Camp?
- Players will need suitable training kit, rugby or football boots, extra layers and waterproofs, suncream (if it's sunny!), water bottle, mouthguard and any other protective kit you might want to wear.
What is a London Welsh Camp like?
– The coaching over each of the 4 days will focus on Catching & Passing, Decision Making, Support & Evasion, Aerial Catching, Skill Development through the use of games and game scenarios making it a thoroughly fun experience.
What time does the camp start and finish?
- Age 6 to 13 registration opens at 9:30am in the pagoda room and 3:00pm finish
- Age 14 to 14 registration opens at 3:30pm
How much is a London Welsh Rugby Camp?
- £40 a day
