Inclusion Athletics for Children with Autism

Inclusion Athletics focuses on creating opportunities for children with autism to participate in sports and physical activities together.

Please note screening will take place for each child in order to determine if this programme is suitable. This course will commence on Thursday  May 1st.

Over the four week programme our Athletic Coaches will help the groups develop their athletics skills in a supportive environment. The groups will be intimate capped at six children per session so each child will reap the benefits.

Parents will need to stay throughout the session.

All children are advised to wear comfortable clothing, runners and bring a drink of water with them weekly.

Group 1 is for children aged 5-8 years old starting at 5-5.30.

Group 2 is for children aged 9-12years old starting at 5.30-6.

Please arrive five minutes before start time.

Cost of this programme is twenty euro for the four weeks.

The location for the Athletics Programme is Longford Sports Hub as known as Longford Athletics Centre, the Eircode is N39X6X8. Entry to the building is the back entrance to St Mel's Secondary School and it is the blue building on the left on the way in.
