‘PRIME TIME OF LIFE’ LONGFORD

A 12-week in-person multimodal exercise and health education programme for adults aged 18-64 years with one or more clinical conditions and older adults ≥65 years, with and without clinical conditions, living in county Longford.

This wellness and physical activity programme is delivered by Local Sport Partnerships (Physical Activity for Health) in conjunction with the HSE. 

However, if it has been a while since you’ve exercised or you have any concerns about your health please seek medical advice before starting a new exercise routine.

This programme starts on Thursday 15th May and then every Tuesday and Thursday there after for 12 weeks finishing on Thursday 10th July.
