Her Outdoors Week 2025 – County Longford

Her Outdoors Week is back and bigger than ever in County Longford! Taking place from Monday, August 11th to Sunday, August 17th, this national initiative celebrates and encourages more women and girls to get active in nature and experience the wide range of outdoor activities available on their doorstep.

Throughout the week, Longford Sports Partnership will be delivering a variety of fun, accessible, and inclusive outdoor events designed to inspire women of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to enjoy the great outdoors. 

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to try something new, Her Outdoors Week is all about reconnecting with nature, building confidence, and celebrating the joy of movement in outdoor spaces.
