We’re delighted to launch our Inclusive Adult Aquafit Programme as part of our Summer Programme 2026! 🎉

This welcoming and supportive programme is designed for adults with additional needs, including physical, intellectual, sensory, neurodivergent, mental health, communication, and social or environmental needs. 💙

💦 Why Aquafit?
Exercising in water is gentle on the joints, helps build strength, improves mobility, boosts confidence, and is a fun way to support overall wellbeing. 🌊😊
