Long Road Campus Tours

Book yourself one of our campus tours to explore everything Long Road has to offer and see what everyday life is like as a Long Road student.

On your tour you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members who will take you to explore our campus; allowing you to see lessons in action, hear about extra-curricular opportunities and find out how we will support and guide you through your sixth form studies.

Important Information 

• Please book 1 ticket for each person attending the tour.

• Unfortunately we are unable to hold any campus tours outside of college hours.

• As active lessons are taking place, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to talk to any members of teaching staff or students.

FAQ's

• Can I book an evening, weekend or half-term tour? Our tours are designed to give you a glimpse of everyday college life, as such they must take place during the college day. Unfortunately we are unable to host tours at any time other than those stated on the booking form; this includes evenings, weekends and October half-term.

• When is your next Open Evening? We run our annual Open Evenings in the summer. Our next Open Evening will be held in July 2025, more information and booking details will be available on our website shortly after the Easter holidays.

• Can I attend a tour without my child? Due to the student focused nature of our tours, and their high popularity, we are unable to accommodate bookings for parents only.

• Can I attend a tour without my parents / carers? We strongly recommend that students attend their tour with a parent / carer or trusted adult. You will receive a lot of information during your visit, and it can sometimes be a little bit daunting. Having an adult with you means you have someone with whom you can discuss your options, and to support you in making an informed decision on your post-16 education. 

• Can I get a copy of your prospectus? You can access a digital copy of our prospectus by clicking the link in the description above. 

• Is parking available on-site? Yes, to gain access to our car park please drive up to the barrier and press the buzzer to speak to our receptionist.

• Can I speak to teachers and / or students? As active lessons are taking place it is very unlikely you will be able to talk to any teaching staff or current students. Your tour will be led by a knowledgeable member of our Admissions, Marketing or Student Services teams, who will be happy to answer your questions.

• Your tours are fully booked, will you be running additional tours? Unfortunately, due to the demands of the Admissions process, and events for our current students, we are unable to hold tours outside of the Autumn term. If all tours are fully booked please email hello@longroad.ac.uk to be added to our waiting list.
