Join us for a 4-day journey into conscious embodiment and joyful expression. Set in a serene natural setting, this retreat blends:

Contact Fusion Flow – a dynamic blend of Contact Improvisation and Partner Dance
Authentic Movement – deep listening to the body’s inner impulses
Meditation & Grounding Practices – to center and restore
Nature Immersion – connecting with the earth through mindful exploration
Spontaneous Play – reclaiming joy and freedom through movement

Each day includes nourishing, wholesome meals and plenty of time for rest, exploration, and community. Whether you’re looking to move more freely, connect more deeply, or simply take space to breathe, this retreat offers a grounded and liberating experience for all levels.

Thursday June 12th

12-3 Arrive and camp site set up

Friday June 13


• 7:00-10:00am Silent morning and (Breakfast ends at 9:30).

• 10:00-1:00 Workshop 1 - Contact Improvisation Fundamentals 

• 1:00-3:00 Lunch

• 3:00-5:45 Workshop 2 - Contact Fusion Flow to ConFusion 

• 5:45-7:00 Dinner

• 7:00-7:45 Warm up mixer into 

• 7:45-10:15 Dance jam


Saturday June 14th


• 7:00-10:00 Silent Morning 

• 8:00-9:00 Contemplative Dance Practice (CDP) 

• 9:00-9:50 Breakfast 

• 10:00-11:30 Workshop 3a - Attunement ensemble 

• 11:30-1:00 Workshop 3b - Authentic Movement 

• 1:00-3:00 Lunch 

• 3:00-5:45 Workshop 4 - ConFusion with focus on Fusion sequence transitions, and switch 

• 5:45-7:00 Dinner 

• 7:00-10:30 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC fusion and confusion dance jam


Sunday June 15th 


• 7:00-8:00 Silent morning 

• 8:00-9:30 Squires Lake hike

• 9:30-10:30 Breakfast 

• 11-1 Underscore 

• 1-2 Lunch 

• 2-5 Pack up, swim, closing circle harvest
