Festival of Beer 2026 Vendor Applications

This is the registration page for the SSM Festival of Beer 2026.

Breweries and Vendors can register through this portal - all participating will need to complete the registration fields including signing the contract/regulations to hold their spot at this years event.

We will be hosting 18-20 breweries this year and expecting between 2200-2500 patrons through the gates. Those that secure their spots early are guaranteed to participate in the event - the first 20 are in.

All beer sales go to the breweries - tokens will be paid out at the end of the event when returned and counted. Accommodations (one room) at the Sleep Inn will be covered by the Festival of Beer for both Friday and Saturday night. If you need additional rooms please contact us to inquire on your behalf. Ice, tables and linens are also included in registration. 

There is a meet and great event planned for Friday June 12th for all the breweries, sponsors and LCBO/Beer Store reps as well as selected bars/restaurants. The festival event is Saturday June 13th between 12pm-8pm with set up starting at 10am that morning
