Join us for our next LAWPC Gathering:  PSYCHEDELICS, IMPERMANENCE, & EGO DEATH

You’re warmly invited for a day of reflection, conversation, and gentle inquiry into psychedelics, impermanence, and ego death. Impermanence, known as anicca in Buddhism, means that everything--life, objects, emotions, and thoughts—are in a constant state of flux, decay, and transformation; a continual process of arising and passing away. Accepting this truth, rather than resisting it, is considered essential for wisdom and peace.

Psychedelics can open a doorway into this knowing by loosening the familiar boundaries of identity and time. As the ego softens, change may be felt less as something to fear and more as a sacred rhythm—an ebb and flow within a vast, interconnected field of being—allowing impermanence to be met with curiosity, reverence, and grace.

Together, we will explore these themes as lived experiences that can soften fear, deepen meaning, and awaken gratitude for being alive right now.

This gathering will include . . . 

• A heart opening tea ritual with traditional medicine herbs including Rose and Kanna
• The Brazilian Rain Forest Copaiba essential oil -- used for spiritual wound healing
• A guided Maranasati inspired meditation (Buddhist based awakening practice)
• Guided Journaling & Collage Activity 
• Communal Nosh (Snacks provided)
