Còisir Ghàidhlig Lodainn / Lothian Gaelic Choir 40th Anniversary Concert

Join us in our 40th anniversary year for an evening of Gaelic song with Lothian Gaelic Choir and guests, James Gilliespie's Gaelic Choir.

Formed in 1985, Lothian Gaelic Choir draws its membership from across Edinburgh and the Lothians. It has been competing at the Royal National Mòd, Scotland’s premier Gaelic festival, ever since. It has enjoyed a most successful period in the last 10 years, winning the coveted Lovat and Tullibardine Shield in 2018 (winning it previously in 1999), and the Puirt-a-beul competition in 2015, 2018, 2023 & 2024. The choir appears regularly on BBC Alba and BBC Radio nan Gàidheal and has its own CD, Dualchas ar Dùthcha, available on Spotify and Apple Music.
