Pan London IoT Damp and Mould Project: Shaping the Data Platform

As part of the Pan London IoT Damp and Mould project we will be building a data platform to aggregate data on damp and mould generated by sensors from across the pilot boroughs and beyond. The intention is use the data to generate deeper insights to help answer strategic, policy and operational questions, including:

  • What is the prevalence of damp and mould across London?

  • Which asset features contribute to the issue?

  • Are there geographic or demographic trends associated with damp and mould?

  • What interventions work in which different housing stock types?

  • What data standards are needed to enable future data integrations?

To ensure the platform can help us meet the outcomes and challenges that matter to London, we are inviting stakeholders who might benefit from using the data to participate in a workshop where we will define what benefits we want from the data, who will use it and what problems we hope it will solve. . We will use these workshop insights to shape the functionality and requirements for a shared IoT damp and mould platform and data standard

Join this workshop if any of the following apply:

  • You would like to use damp and mould IoT data

  • Can help us shape questions that data should answer

  • Are interested in helping to set standards for IoT data in London

  • Want to work with peers across London to shape a future data platform for IoT data in London

The venue:

This will be in-person only, held at London Councils offices; 59½ Southwark St, London SE1 0AL, UK . See map. Nearest Tube station: London Bridge
