Need help?
Following LOTI Adult Social Care Immersive Day on 3 October, we invite you to a series of design sprints where your insights, ideas, and experiences will shape tangible solutions. This in-person session focuses on Local Authority Needs and Financial Care Assessments, exploring how we can make these processes more responsive, user-friendly, and accessible for residents and carers.
Join us for this interactive session where we will:
- Review the challenges people face when finding information about the support available and navigating assessment processes.
- Explore ways to simplify the forms, processes, and communications around needs and financial care assessments.
- Collaboratively generate and refine solutions, kicking off the next phase of the process
If you have ideas or perspectives on how to streamline and improve local authority assessments, this is your opportunity to contribute and work alongside others to create better, more accessible processes.
Who should attend?
- Social workers
- Carers and individuals with experience navigating needs or financial assessments
- Local authority staff involved in assessments
- Tech suppliers working in care assessments
