LOTI Sandbox Design Session: Triaging Messages to Local Authorities
Thu 14 Nov 2024 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
12 Arthur Street, London, EC4R 9AB
Description
Following LOTI Adult Social Care Immersive Day on 3 October, we invite you to a series of design sprints where your insights, ideas, and experiences will shape tangible solutions. This in-person session focuses on Triaging of Messages in Local Authorities, exploring how we can streamline communication and referral processes to help social care teams respond more efficiently.
Join us for this interactive session where we will:
- Review the challenges social care teams face in managing and prioritising communications, and how these affect responsiveness.
- Explore ways to simplify and standardise the referral system, enabling faster and more appropriate triaging of messages.
- Collaboratively generate and refine solutions, kicking off the next phase of co-design.
If you have ideas or perspectives on how to improve communication processes in local authorities, this is your opportunity to contribute and work alongside others to build a more responsive and streamlined system.
Who should attend?
- Social workers
- Contact teams in local authority social care teams
- Carers and individuals with experience navigating social care referrals
- Staff from referring organisations (police, ambulance)
