LOTI Skills Programme: Data for decision making: turning information into impact

An introductory session designed for Heads of Service, or other senior/middle management roles, who are curious about the role of data in addressing service challenges. 

We will challenge common data myths, discuss case studies from across London, and introduce LOTI’s outcomes-based approach.
