LOUD WOMEN brings Second Idol, SheBeat, YIOTA and Von Dodds to Edinburgh’s haunted Banshee Labyrinth on 2 Sept. Raise the dead!

LOUD WOMEN returns to its Edinburgh home, the Banshee Labyrinth, on Wednesday 2 September, bringing Sydney post-punk force Second Idol to Scotland alongside SheBeat, Your Illegal Operations on Transgender Aliens, aka YIOTA, and Von Dodds.

Second Idol fuse post-punk, goth, grunge and alternative rock into intense, emotionally charged performances drenched in venom and melancholy. They’re travelling all the way from Sydney on tour, so we’re giving our Australian friends the warmest possible Scottish welcome: four brilliant bands, one allegedly haunted pub and enough noise to raise the dead.

We’ve had a fantastic time every time we’ve taken over the Banshee Labyrinth, and we can’t wait to get back to Scotland’s most haunted pub. Halloween is coming early, so come and help us raise some spirits.
