Foyle Rowing Experience - Learn to Row at Foyle Maritime Festival

Learn to row with City of Derry Boating Club in these instructor-led rowing sessions for absolute beginners, where participants can try out rowing in crew boats on the River Foyle.
Activities begin with a short land-based introduction at our boathouse in Prehen. When you’ve got the basics, your rowing boat will launch from a new state of the art pontoon on the riverbank at the club. From there, you will be taking part in a guided on-water rowing experience as part of a small crew, where you can enjoy the beautiful river scenery, and learn a new skill.

Sunday 28th June at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon and 1pm.

Pre-booking is essential. Booking will close one hour in advance of each session.
