Nurture & Relax-Baby Massage & Movement in the early months (approx 0 weeks-6 months) 4 Week Block, Mirfield

A wonderful chilled baby massage  class for the early months with your new baby-Suitable for babies aged 0 to 6 months.

A special four week block of beautiful baby massage and movement for this precious time with your baby, led by Louisa, a baby massage expert and mum of three.

Over the block you will :

• Use massage and movement to support each part of your baby's body and boost wellbeing
• Try out techniques and soothing holds to relax your baby
• Focus on strokes to help ease common complaints like tummy ache, teething pain, congestion and blocked sinuses
• Enjoy music to help bond and connect with your baby

You will have the opportunity to :

• spend 1:1 time with your baby in a cosy, supportive and chilled
• practise relaxation and mindfulness
• meet other parents and babies
• enjoy a hot drink and tasty treat
• Chat about new motherhood

You can look forward to some lovely extras along the way including-

• A welcome gift on your first session
• Organic massage oil on your first session to use in class and take home. (Additional bottles of massage oil are available to purchase)
• A handy baby massage guide and a video recap of the strokes you have learned.
• Photos of you and your baby enjoying the class (sent you at the end of each block)
• An optional parent and baby mini photoshoot with backdrop (£10) in the final week of the block. All images edited and sent to you.
