A joyful and enriching class that supports your baby's growing body, expanding mind and ever deepening bond with you. Nurture and Play nurtures your baby as they become more alert, expressive and eager to engage with the world.

​Enjoy a stimulating baby massage, music, singing, stretches, movement and play activities to support coordination, balance, and building your baby's awareness and confidence in their body.

Each class includes moments of calm, reflection and grounding for mums as you navigate this more active stage of development. Leave each session feeling relaxed and lighter.
