When we turn our attention inwards and become very still we are able to transcend the noise of the conceptual mind and drop into pure Being. It is here in the silence of the present moment that we open up to a realm of infinite intelligence. By living moment to moment in presence this intelligence is able to flow through our physical form untainted by conditionings and unconscious patternings, allowing us to live fully in Truth as a a divine expression of wisdom and unconditional love.

Immersed in a supportive environment with like-minded community, the retreat will consist of silent and guided meditations, as well as group sessions.
