Louisville VegFest—Kentucky’s premier celebration of all things vegan - returns Saturday, September 12th from 12–6pm at Mellwood Art Center. General admission is free, and with over 19,000 sq ft of air-conditioned indoor space, most of the festival takes place indoors - with additional food trucks and select vendors bringing the fun outside, too!

This all-vegan, community-focused event highlights the joy of plant-based eating and conscious, sustainable living. Enjoy delicious food from regional restaurants and food trucks, craft beer and cocktails, inspiring speaker talks, a live cooking demo, an amazing lineup of vendors, indoor and outdoor seating, kids’ activities, educational exhibits, and so much more.

FAQ'S

Can I stay at the festival after the early access hour? Absolutely! Your VIP ticket gives you full-day access to the festival from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Will I receive a digital ticket or QR code? You’ll receive a confirmation email with your digital ticket and QR code. Please bring it (on your phone or printed) for check-in.

Is parking available? Yes! There is a free public parking lot directly across from Mellwood Art Center. It can fill up quickly when general admission begins - another great reason to come early as a VIP!

May I bring my dog? Dogs are allowed outside and in the main vendor hall but we politely discourage it due to the crowded indoor setting. Out of respect for our speakers, no dogs are allowed in the Speaker’s Gallery - so you’d miss those talks. Service dogs are always welcome.
