Dando continuidad a nuestra serie de Círculos de Love Academy, en esta ocasión y por primera vez en México, disfrutaremos de la fuerza musical de Poranguí y su co-facilitador Ashley Klein.  Juntos crearán un espacio destinado a experimentar el poder curativo de la música y la expresión auténtica generando una velada de música soul del mundo, danza y sanación sonora.  

Por medio de magia, arte y consciencia seremos capaces de elevar nuestro espíritu más allá de lo que podríamos imaginar. Te invitamos a unirte a éste círculo, a volar con nosotros y a disfrutar de un paisaje musical único, acompáñanos a  volar juntos a través de los sentidos.

Sobre Poranguí

Criado entre las tres culturas de Brasil, México y EE.UU., Poranguí se empapó desde su nacimiento de diversas formas tradicionales de música, curación y ceremonias. Basándose en su formación en etnomusicología en la Universidad de Duke, Poranguí cuenta con más de veinte años de experiencia internacional como artista, músico, educador, cineasta, consultor y terapeuta, utilizando las propiedades curativas del sonido y el movimiento para fomentar nuestro bienestar individual y colectivo.

Como artista del looping en directo y hombre orquesta, Poranguí entrelaza canciones ancestrales y ritmos indígenas de todo el mundo. Creando sus actuaciones desde cero con tecnología de looping, los ritmos en directo de Poranguí van de la meditación a la danza, moviendo el cuerpo, elevando el espíritu y trascendiendo; generando una fusión entre intérprete y público.

Sobre Ashley Klein

Ashley Klein (Ed.S) es bailarina, guía de encarnación, facilitadora de retiros y gestora de negocios musicales con sede en Sedona, Arizona. Colabora dentro y fuera del escenario con Poranguí, con la misión de compartir la sabiduría basada en la tierra a través del poder curativo de la música y la danza.

Sus prácticas de movimiento de toda la vida y su formación la han llevado a centrarse actualmente en facilitar viajes de Dancing Freedom y a seguir estudiando las danzas polirrítmicas de la diáspora africana. Forma parte del equipo internacional de formación de Freedom y participa en festivales, retiros y conciertos guiando al público hacia una conexión más profunda con la Madre EaDancingrth y la sabiduría elemental innata en todos nosotros. Su guía hablada aparece en el álbum en directo "Poranguí Live - Guided Journey", así como en varios temas remezclados en "Poranguí - Remixes Vol I & Vol II".

Continuing our Circles Series by Love Academy,  for the first time in Mexico, we will enjoy the musical strength of Poranguí and his co-facilitator Ashley Klein. Both will create an intentional curated container to experience the healing power of music and authentic expression.  A magnificient evening of world soul music, dance, and sound healing.

Through magic, art and consciousness we will be able to elevate our spirit beyond what we could imagine. We invite you to join this circle, to fly with us and enjoy a unique musical landscape, and join us to fly together through the senses.

About Poranguí

Raised among the three cultures of Brazil, Mexico and the U.S., Poranguí was steeped in various traditional forms of music, healing and ceremony since birth. Drawing from his cross-cultural background and ethnomusicology training at Duke University, Poranguí has over twenty-five years of international work experience as an artist, musician, healer, and educator, utilizing the healing properties of sound and movement to foster our individual and collective well being.

As a live looping artist and one-man orchestra Poranguí weaves ancestral songs and indigenous rhythms from around the globe. Creating his performances from scratch using looping technology, Poranguí’s live grooves range from meditative to dance, moving the body, lifting the spirit, and transcending the divide between performer and audience.

About Ashley Klein

Ashley Klein (Ed.S) is a dancer, embodiment guide, retreat facilitator, and music business manager based in Sedona, Arizona. She collaborates on and off stage with international touring artist, Poranguí, with the mission of sharing earth-based wisdom through the healing power of music and dance.

Her life-long movement practices and training have led her to a current focus on facilitating Dancing Freedom journeys and continuing to study the polyrhythmic dances of the African diaspora. She is on the international Freedom training team and facilitates at festivals, retreats, and concerts guiding audiences into a deeper connection to the EaDancingrth Mother and the elemental wisdom innate within us all. Her spoken-word guidance is featured on the live album, "Poranguí Live - Guided Journey", as well as several remix tracks on "Poranguí - Remixes Vol I & Vol II".
