Make the most of your long weekend and relax in our wood-fired sauna or shake off the winter blues with our cold plunge pool! Enjoy some much-needed TLC with our salt scrubs, natural clay facemask and essential oils blends. Finishing it all off with tea, biscuits and an open fire as you soak in beautiful views of Lovebrook and the South Downs.

You will be gently guided through some peaceful practices throughout the session. Beginning with a warm welcome meditation, and then ease into gentle breathwork, nature connection moments and guided intentions. Indulge in essential oils, salt scrub and clay mask. Enjoy the sight, sound, heat and pure simplicity of the fire. Your sauna session will be 1.5hrs, with lots of opportunity to cool off outside as you sit with the willows or soak up the South Downs view in the cold plunge!

After sauna-ing and changing we will gather by the outdoor fire for tea and biscuits, and reflect on the peaceful time we have shared together.
