Yoga And Sauna Sunday - Winter Solstice *10-1.30pm*

Join us for a morning gathering at Lovebrook to bless the upcoming winter solstice with yoga, sauna and an escape into nature.

The Wheel of the Year is an ancient Celtic calendar of eight festivals that celebrate our connection with nature, signalling a shift in the season, weather, and the natural world around us. Yule honours the winter solstice on 21st Dec - the shortest day and longest night. A wonderful time to pause and cast your gaze back over the entirety of the year. Celebrating the continual dance of darkness and light, the majesty of the winter sky and the hushed silence of nature resting.

WELCOME - Arrive to fresh coffee, herbal tea, delicious pastries and fruit.

YOGA - In the wellbeing space Charlie will warmly guide you through 1.5hrs of meditation, breath work, yoga flow and relaxation. This Yule session will focus on 🌲 meditation to connect with Mother Nature's winter guidance, 🌲 breathwork for hibernatory grounding, 🌲 a yoga flow that will subtly strengthen our inner glow as we head to the shortest day and get whirled and twirled in Christmas festivities, 🌲 and restorative stretches to relax in cosy comfort.

SAUNA - Soak up the sight, sound, heat and pure simplicity of the fire 🔥. Your hosted 1.5hr wood-fired sauna session includes essential oils and magnesium salt scrub to cleanse and detox. Lots of time to soothe tired bodies and cool off outside, take in the stunning South Downs view as you cold plunge, or sit with the Yule Log firepit* - the symbol of protection and honouring. *weather dependent

We hope you will leave Lovebrook with a deep connection to nature, ready to celebrate the return of the light, and your peaceful presence in all the yuletide fun and frenzy!

8 spaces available - £45pp.
