Back by popular demand… If you missed a deluxe sauna in June, then make sure to book in now, as all of July’s sessions now come with complementary salt scrubs, clay face masks, aromatherapy steam, unlimited cold infusions with herbs from the land, and a guided meditation to start your session! The Lovebrook Sauna and Space:

While relaxing in the sauna, you can enjoy views of our 33-acre ecological project and the South Downs National Park that surrounds us. Our sauna glade is perfect for cooling off in the summer sun while listening to the sounds of nature, and if you're feeling brave, why not try out our open-air shower or take a dip in our cold plunge.

This session is perfect for those looking for that quick sauna hit, but if you want to take a deep dive into the magic of hot and cold therapy, why not book in to our 11am session too and enjoy a luxurious session at your own pace Or find total relaxation and stay for our drop-in, all levels yoga class at 12.30.

P.S - Our farm shop and cafe is open from 10-3, so make the most of your time at Lovebrook and enjoy a hot coffee and a fresh pastry before or after your session.
