Wood-fired Sauna (10am-11am) - 1 hour session including cold plunge!

Our Saturday Sauna session is a full 1-hour in our wood-fired sauna, perfect for those wanting to fit in some much-needed downtime during their weekend. 

While relaxing in the sauna, you can enjoy views of our 33-acre ecological project and the South Downs National Park that surrounds us. Our sauna glade is perfect for cooling off while listening to the sounds of nature, and if you're feeling brave, why not try out our open-air shower or take a dip in our plunge pool. 

This session is perfect for those looking for that quick sauna hit, but if you want to take a deep dive into the magic of hot and cold therapy, why not book in to our 11am session too and enjoy a luxurious session at your own pace!
