Friday Sunset Sauna

Our Friday evening Sauna session is a full 1.5-hour mini retreat in our wood-fired sauna. Perfect for those looking to wind down from a busy week or looking for an alternative Friday evening with a friendly and like-minded community.

The session starts with a guided meditation and includes Sea salt body scrubs, a natural clay face mask, aromatherapy steam, unlimited cold infusions with herbs from the land, as well as a trained host who will guide the session and keep the sauna at the perfect temperature, so you can sit back and truly relax!

The Lovebrook Sauna Glade and Plunge pool:

Our sauna glade is perfect for cooling off while listening to the sounds of nature and enjoying the views of our 33-acre ecological project and the South Downs National Park that surrounds us. We also have an open-air shower, and if you're feeling brave, why not take a dip in our cold plunge.

As part of our Friday Sunset Sauna, you are welcome to take a stroll to our magical standing stone to finish your session. It's only a short walk with panoramic views of the land, and you can catch the last of the beautiful summer sunset too.
