Family Seasons Yoga Taster Session With Emily McGregor

 Join us at Lovebrook for a playful, nature‑inspired yoga class for parents and children aged 4+. Host by Emily from Generation Mind, Body & Soul. This session will be a blend of simple yoga, creative movement, music, storytelling and relaxation, all guided by the colours and rhythms of the season. It’s a gentle, joyful space for families to move, breathe and connect together.

About Emily & Generation Mind, Body & Soul : Emily is a yoga teacher, singer‑songwriter and creative workshop facilitator. she has been teaching family and children’s yoga for over ten years in London, and has recently moved to Kingston, where she will be starting her nature inspired family sessions in the surrounding areas. Her classes are rooted in nature, imagination and connection, offering families a warm, accessible way to move and unwind together.
