Roisin, founder of Wildling, a science teacher turned fermentalist, will run a workshop on the fermented drink, water kefir. She will share her passion for real fermented foods, talk about gut health and how we can build up our gut microbiome using simple ideas.

There will be lots of tasters of her fantastically fizzy kefir waters from Wildling, opportunities to buy Wildling drinks, or even start your own fermentation journey with her wonderful water kefir kits!
