Get the whole family feeling festive with a FREE Yule themed Family Yoga Session With Emily McGregor

 Join us at Lovebrook for a playful & festive yoga class for parents and children aged 4+, Hosted by Emily from Generation Mind, Body & Soul. This session will be a blend of simple yoga, creative movement, festive music, winter storytelling and relaxation, all guided by the colours and rhythms of the winter season. It’s a gentle, joyful space for families to move, breathe and connect together.

About Emily & Generation Mind, Body & Soul : Emily is a yoga teacher, singer‑songwriter and creative workshop facilitator. she has been teaching family and children’s yoga for over ten years in London, and has recently moved to Kingston, where she will be starting her nature inspired family sessions in the surrounding areas. Her classes are rooted in nature, imagination and connection, offering families a warm, accessible way to move and unwind together.

This is a free event and Emily is giving her time for free. However, if you are able to make a donation towards the free events and talks we offer, and the outreach work we do, we would be most grateful.
