Thank you for your interest in the Intensive Hypnobirthing course, it is a complete game changer! The course will run all day Saturday from 9.15am to around 4pm with a light lunch and plenty of refreshments available throughout. We then have one more session later in your pregnancy of around 2 hours booked in to suit.

What does the course cover?

My Hypnobirthing Classes are evidence based and packed with information to help you make your own informed choices and tools to call on during pregnancy, birth and through into your new life as a parent. My aim is to support you in facilitating the best birth for you and your family, be that hospital birth, birth centre, homebirth, freebirth or even planned induction and caesarean births. There are always, no natter the type of birth, ways to support yourself.

I pack this course full of information in a friendly, conversational and open way (no powerpoints here!). I bring my own insight of two home hypnobirths and the experience I have gained from working along side a wide range of families...I am a supporter of the underdog!

* Your Hormones, an understanding into the role each play and how to hack the good ones that keep birth progressing

What else is included?

Along side this Hypnobirthing Course you will receive a parent pack full of recourses with spaces to note down thoughts along the way. A set of affirmation cards for you to use throughout pregnancy and into birth itself and 5 audio relaxation tracks to help you get into your birthing groove.

You will also have my support throughout your pregnancy, I believe continuity of care is important and having someone that knows your story without explaining it is invaluable.

I keep each course small enough to spend time getting to know each other and what you would like to get out of it. This keeps each course personalised and inclusive to your needs.

When should I start a course?

The best time to start a hypnobirthing course is whenever you like! But the usual is between 20 and 30 weeks pregnant. I started earlier and I have taught people just a few weeks prior to birth! But, by starting to learn hypnobirthing techniques around the middle of your pregnancy you have plenty of time for both practice and decision making!

How much does this cost?

£240 per couple/family. A non-refundable £50 deposit can be taken to secure your place, with the remaining balance due 3 weeks before your course begins. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay in full. You can choose the option you prefer via Ticket Tailor and I’ll be in touch 3 weeks before your course with the final details and request for final payments, where relevant.

T&Cs:

Before commencing the course, you’ll need to provide further details via an online form for insurance purposes. This will be sent 3 weeks before the course begins, along with further details, travel and parking information, request for dietary requirements etc. Bookings are non-refundable or transferable, except for in extreme circumstances, at the discretion of the course provider. Although the course will take place face to face if possible, in the event of COVID related lockdowns or local restrictions the course will be moved online and take place via Zoom - in this event all resources as stated will be delivered to your home address.
