Often called the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is a practical system designed to increase self-awareness, vitality, and focus by working directly with the body and mind.
This practice uses a precise technology of movement, breath, mantra and meditation to support and optimize the body’s systems — including the nervous, endocrine, digestive, and lymphatic systems — creating balance from the inside out.
Our physical body is made of the same elements as the Earth. When these elements are balanced within each chakra, our health, energy, and capacity to receive life naturally increase.
Marina Borovaya is a certified yoga teacher (since 2021), who has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. She continually seeks innovative ways to explore the intricate relationships between body, mind and spirit, both on individual and collective levels. She believes that there is wisdom in our bodies that reaches beyond our life experiences and tapping into it is the key to navigating change.
The class last for 75 minutes, after which we will serve some tea and let the space settle in its own pace. You will receive individual adjustments based on your unique needs, making the class suitable for everyone, regardless of prior experience with yoga or meditation.
