Dance, Reconnection & Ancestrality

Dance, Reconnection & Ancestrality is a body exploration laboratory through movement, memory, authenticity, and ritual. Through body awareness practices, improvisation, dance, and free expression, participants are invited to recognize the body as a territory of memory and creation, accessing more organic, intuitive, and unique ways of moving. An experience of reconnection with the body, nature, and one’s own expression — where dance becomes a space for presence, deep listening, and integration.
