Loving Men+ at New Year 2026

We are delighted to announce that Loving Men+ at New Year will take place from 29th December 2026 to 2nd January 2027, as we gather to celebrate the arrival of 2027 together.

Join us for four magical days of connection, laughter, reflection, and celebration. Expect the unique Loving Men+ blend of fun, depth, and community, with a wide range of workshops and activities designed to help you connect with yourself and others, stretch your comfort zone, and reflect on where you are in life and where you want to go.

We call our events 'Adventures in Intimacy' because they offer opportunities to try new things, make connections, step outside your comfort zone, and probably laugh harder than you have in a long time. At LMNY, we spend time together in community, living at close quarters with other queer men and non-binary people - for four whole days!

Throughout the event, we offer exercises and guidance to help you practice being open, honest and authentic about what’s happening for you and what comes up between us in the space. It’s true to say LMNY can be quite an intense experience! Many participants experience a wide variety of emotions at different times during the event.

We build in lots of support, care and connection to help you manage this intensity, and you have full autonomy to opt in or out of any activity at any time. We hope you find our events supportive, stimulating, helpfully challenging and inspiring. That's all part of the adventure.

Loving Men+ is a welcoming, trans- and non-binary-inclusive space.

This year, we're returning to Yarnfield Park in Staffordshire. They offer a balanced selection of food, a wider range of single, double, and twin rooms, and, most importantly, full accessibility, making it possible for all members of our community to join us easily. Whilst Yarnfield is a more contemporary building than Gaunts in 2025, it gives us greater flexibility to accommodate a broader range of preferences.

Booking your ticket and accommodation

You can now book your Event Ticket and accommodation directly on the LM+ website.

Room booking will be available after you select your event ticket.

Please note that your booking isn’t complete until you have booked your ticket and accommodation. Importantly, our full cancellation terms only apply once you have booked your room.

Bookings for LMNY26 close at midnight on Sunday, 13 December 2026. After this date, you can join the waiting list in case a place becomes available through a cancellation.

Low-Cost Options

As usual, we have a range of low-cost options to help people on low incomes participate in the event. These include: paying by instalments (via PayPal), joining the crew, concessionary tickets, and applying for more assistance through the Community Fund via our website: https://www.lovingmen.org/bursaryapplication

Crew

Apply to be a member of the Crew by using this form. It involves helping out with various tasks over the event and gives you £200 off the Super Early Bird Ticket price.

Paying by Instalments with PayPal

1. When you're ready to pay, select PayPal as your payment method.
2. Select "Pay in 3": Log in to your PayPal account. If your purchase is eligible, you'll see "Pay in 3" as an option.
3. Instant Decision: PayPal will give you an instant decision on your eligibility.
4. Make First Payment: If approved, your first payment (one-third of the total) is due at the time of purchase.
5. Automatic Payments: The remaining two payments will be automatically taken from your linked debit card or bank account, one each month on the same date for the following two months. PayPal will send you reminders.

Please note: After you've set up your instalment agreement, you can't cancel or pause those payments. Should you cancel your booking, our cancellation policy will apply.

All bookings include breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Every meal will include a chicken or fish option, a vegetarian option, and a vegan option, with a salad bar and a dessert. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements.

Non-residential places may not be available this year, as we have a minimum residential booking commitment with Yarnfield Park. However, if this is essential, you can email us at info@lovingmen.org

Cancellation Policy

Insurance. We always recommend taking out travel insurance to cover you in the event of illness or disrupted travel plans.

Loving Men+ welcomes cis & trans gay, bi & queer men and non-binary people, from all walks of life, who want to develop their capacity to love. We particularly encourage participation from black and ethnic minority, HIV positive and- negative, young and older, trans and disabled men and non-binary people. In 2023, we added the + to our logo in recognition that trans and non-binary people have been a valued part of Loving Men+ since we began in 2003.
