'Fruits of My Woman' is an exhibition curated by Chantal Powell as part of Dorset Art Weeks in association with Lower Hewood Farm.
Inspired by Han Kang’s short story The Fruit of My Woman, in which a woman gradually transforms into plant life, the exhibition explores transformation, plant life, psychic change and the longing to grow beyond the forms we have been given.
This event programme offers different ways to spend time with the exhibition, the farm and the ideas that shaped the show. Join us for a welcome gathering, curator and farm talks and tours, and a special Farm Feast at Lower Hewood.
OPENING TIMES:
The exhibition is open 11am - 4pm at the weekends from Sat 23rd May 2026 until Sunday 7th June, including Fridays and Bank Holiday Monday 25th May.
