A one-day, city-focused seminar on preparing and understanding KMAAG financial statements. Designed for city clerks, treasurers, administrators, utility staff, governing-body members, and the team that pulls the audit package together.
The framework is the same KMAAG model used statewide, but the examples are city examples: utilities and other enterprise activity, sales tax, special assessments, capital projects and financing, cash and deposits, and the budget bridge that governing bodies actually read. Fraud conversation is woven in where it belongs—receipts, deposits, and how people rationalize what they should not do.
