Work! Entertainment, El Palenque Nightclub, and our affiliated ticketing platforms take fraud and chargebacks extremely seriously. All ticket holders must present a valid government-issued ID at the entrance to each event. IDs will be scanned, recorded, and linked to the ticket or pass used for entry.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after the event has taken place, your ID will be flagged and blocked from entry to all future events hosted by:

• Massive Miami
• POW!
• and all affiliated partners.

A credit card chargeback or payment dispute made after attending an event will be treated as theft against the event promoter and may result in a permanent ban from all future events until the matter is fully resolved or withdrawn.
