Women & Girls Stepping Over the Sidelines

*This workshop is for females only*

Stepping over the Side-lines is a workshop designed to support women and girls aged 14+ who are interested in starting their coaching journey. This workshop consists of 2 modules which will be covered across two different evenings with support from our FA Coach Developer in between the two dates. The first 2 hour workshop provides an opportunity to learn about what it takes to be a football coach, how you can get started, and most importantly why you already have the skills needed, even if you haven't played or coached football before! The second 3 hour workshop will be practical, workshop provides an opportunity for participants to observe, plan, deliver and review coaching sessions with the support of an FA Coach Developer.

The age limit on the workshop is 14+ due to this being the age you can complete the first FA coaching qualification, the EE Playmaker. 

The workshop is 2 modular and will take place over two different dates: 

Date: Monday 28th September  Time: 6:30-8:30PM   Venue: Holmes Park, Dog and Gun Lane, Whetstone, LE8 6FA
Date: Monday 26th October Time: 6-9PM  Venue: Holmes Park, Dog and Gun Lane, Whetstone, LE8 6FA

You must be available for both of the above dates

The practical module will take place on the grass pitch at Holmes Park, you will not be required to take part in the session as a participant in the coaching sessions but please ensure you have appropriate footwear.
