Biodynamic Psychology is a humanistic form of body psychotherapy.

It is based on profound appreciation of the health of a person, their body/mind/essential nature and integrative relationship.

The therapeutic approach has a deep regard for the Essential nature of Being, rather than the many very necessary defence patterns we construct during our years of development to assist us to relate with others and keep us safe.

This weekend will look at some if the body's structures of defence that assist the personality. We will discuss the interaction between the minds beliefs and how the body's physiology work together for your well being.

You will be introduced to a lot of the fundamental principles and approaches used in this modality, both through theory and experience.
