LSRFUR Conference 2025

The 2025 LSRFUR Conference will be held on Sunday 31st August, at Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, TW2 7BA

Standard conference tickets cost £12.00 each (including VAT). Tea and coffee will be available on arrival and lunch will be provided.

All Tickets must be purchased in advance and by end of day, Monday 25th August, in order to manage numbers and catering. No refunds.

Presentations this year will include sessions from multiple PGMOT officials. We are building an exciting agenda, including detailed breakout training sessions. Full details to follow. An outline timetable of the day is shown below:

09:30 - Arrival, Registration & Refreshments
10:00 - Conference begins - Welcome & housekeeping
15.45 - Conference ends

DBS identification checks will also be available on the day (please bring identity evidence as necessary, and the completed form that is available here).

The nearest rail station for Twickenham Stadium is Twickenham. Currently there are planned engineering works on South Western Railway in the Hounslow area, with limited impact on trains to and from Twickenham. More information available here. 

There is plenty of car parking on site - details for parking registration will be emailed nearer the time. NB - Twickenham is inside the extended ULEZ Zone.
