Film & Food on a working Cotswolds farm - ***WATCH THE TRAILER HERE***

------- SOLD OUT -------

Thank you so much to everyone who has booked a ticket so far in advance! Please join the waitlist to see if a space becomes available closer to the event (food tickets may show as still available but this won't book you a space to see the fiilm, please look at the "film tickets" only)

Join three generations of farmers in the Cotswolds to celebrate the launch of documentary film Cotswolds: Field & Folk. The film follows the Cotswolds countryside over a year, watching the seasons move and seeing how people working this famous landscape are adapting for the future. Watch the film with us where some of the filming happened, and share a delicious meal (booking required). The cows are out at grass for the summer and we can settle in the barn for an evening of not-quite-outdoor cinema.

We are Lucy, Tanya, & Pat, and we're some of the farmers, conservationists, historians and local people featured in the Cotswolds: Field & Folk. It's been a part of our life for the past year and a half. Now it's ready to share and we can't wait to invite our fellow film stars, family, friends, neighbours, and hopefully new friends to watch with us.

There will be delicious hot food & drinks available, provided by Àsė Retreats. "Vibrant vegan Creole-inspired feast bowls made with locally sourced seasonal ingredients, slow spice, soul, and summer abundance". Please book your meal to make sure you don't miss out!

  • The barn is located halfway down The Groaten Road between Ashton-Under-Hill and the A46

  • There will be plenty of signs in the area

  • There is flat but stony ground between the car park, barn & toilet. No steps throughout, so wheelchair accessible with care
  • There is a disabled access loo

  • It is covered from rain but a bit open to wind, so bring a blanket if the weather looks chilly or you'd be cosier that way
  • We have a large screen and good speakers but please let us know if you're hard of hearing or struggle to see. We can make sure you're in the best spot to watch the film
  • Handwashing facilities will be available and MUST be used before eating

If you have a particular allergy or accessibility concern email me (lucyrobbins31@gmail.com) & I can provide more info or see what we can do to help.

To see more about the film visit: The website, a BBC article, or read the Cotswold Lion Magazine

The incredible filmmakers from Leaping Fox Films will join us too, with opportunity to chat to them about the process. Thanks also to Cotswold Natural Landscapes for funding the film & being consistently supportive
