This episode will give you clarity on how to eat to support metabolic health, in particular: Type 2 Diabetes ( and getting out of a Pre-Diabetic state), heart health and to regulate blood cholesterol levels. We also take a closer look at dietary Fats, especially Fish and Dairy.
THIS SESSION PROVIDES YOU WITH:
- The role of dietary fibre and gut health to protect against &/or support, heart and cardiovascular health, blood cholesterol levels and Type 2 Diabetes
- Evidence on different types of dietary fats and their health impacts
- Dairy and Fish: The need to knows!
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Describe nutrition to support heart health, Type 2 Diabetes and Cholesterol levels.
- Recognise the potential value of dairy and fish within plant-based eating (and planetary health)
- Prepare and recommend gut healthy recipes within the above health requirements, which can include fish & dairy
