This episode will give you clarity on choosing nature-friendly foods, including dairy, meat and fish and how they can all be part of a gut healthy, plant-based diet.
THIS SESSION AIMS TO SHARE:
- How to make sure you're getting a completely balanced plant-based diet, in particular, which nutrients might be low
- The role of grazing animals for our planet's health and our own health too.
- How to recognise climate-friendly dairy, meat and fish and include it in a plant and planet-based diet
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Recognise a new approach to whole health via the gut
- Understand how to use animal based foods within a plant-based diet
- Use & apply practical food sourcing tips for gut healthy, sustainable foods for you and others you care for.

With over 25 years of experience in health, food and farming, Lucy holds the gut microbiome at the core of her work, helping health to thrive! Awarded Freelance Nutritionist of the Year 2020, previously a lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics, Ambassador for The Real Food Campaign and Love British Food, Lucy lives on the edge of the Chiltern Hills with her RAF husband, two teenagers and Ruarie the border terrier.
