Why come along?

Bread has always been about connection - sharing food and good company. In fact, the word companion means “one I share bread with.” Sourdough tells a story from soil to gut, reminding us of the power of slowing down and nourishing ourselves well. When we support our gut health, we also support our mood, digestion, and sleep.

With its rich flavours and natural fermentation, sourdough reconnects us with our biology and how food can truly help us thrive!

Come along and be part of the story to regenerate our health 🌾
