Our inspiring 6-session course equips you with all you need for gut-healthy living whilst sharing the beautiful science of Gut Health, where our wellness meets nature.
Our course reconnects your health to the story behind REAL, nutrient-rich food; how and why to source it, while addressing stress, sleep and lifestyle too. If you’re coping with digestive, inflammatory or weight issues or just keen to know more about Gut Health, journey with us to ReWild your Gut for optimum health!
But our support for you doesn't stop when the course has finished - we'd love you to be part of our growing Gut Project Community and receive monthly updates in Gut Health, new recipes & discounts for further events. We also connect with other health professionals who think like we do! All included; no extra fee.
WHEN?
MONDAYS: 7.30 - 8.30pm, 24th Jan - 7th March (6 weeks with a half term break)
If you are unable to attend any of them the content will be recorded but we really recommend attending as many of them as you can to get the most benefit from the course.

THE SPEAKER: LUCY WILLIAMSON
As a Registered Nutritionist, Lucy passionately believes in reconnecting our health to REAL food and farming. Lucy runs her own nutrition consultancy guiding individuals & families to be their best (often with the help of our gut microbes) and providing support to British food producers and within education. Previously a vet, she is also Ambassador and Nutritionist for the Love British Food campaign.
