Who I Am and What I Have Built

I am an entrepreneur, innovator, philosopher, and practitioner. For more than two decades I have dedicated my life to a single question: what does it mean for a human being to reach their full potential — and how do we build the economic, social, and cultural conditions that make that possible?

The answer became an ecosystem. What you see today as Matrix-Q is the result of that lifelong inquiry — a living body of research, methodology, technology, community, and education, built from the ground up, without institutional backing, without venture capital, without compromise on the core vision.

I did not build a company. I built a civilization in miniature — and I am still building it.

The Foundation: Matrix-Q Research Institute

The Matrix-Q Research Institute is the intellectual and operational core of everything I do. Based in Utrecht, Netherlands, it is the house of original research into human potential, multidimensional intelligence, and the science of value creation.

Over the years the Institute has produced:

The Institute is not an academic institution in the conventional sense. It is a living laboratory. Research happens through practice. Methodology is tested through application. Insights emerge from real human encounters — in coaching rooms, community gatherings, training programs, and the daily discipline of building something that has never existed before.

The Education Layer: Matrix-Q Akademia

Matrix-Q Akademia is where the research becomes accessible. It is the educational arm of the ecosystem — the place where solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, facilitators, and innovators come to learn, apply, and grow.

The Akademia is built around one radical premise: you do not learn first and earn later. You learn and earn simultaneously. Every program inside the Akademia is designed so that participants generate value — for themselves, for their clients, and for the community — from the moment they begin.

A structured pathway for individuals who want to build their own coaching and facilitation practice within the Matrix-Q methodology. Participants learn to deliver workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs under license — and begin building their own income stream as they develop their skills. This is not an internship. The Guild of SoloPreneur’s
A living community and training ground for independent professionals building human-centered businesses from a foundation of personal sovereignty. Members of the Guild operate inside a shared methodology, share tools and resources, and support each other’s growth — without surrendering their independence.

Akademia Courses and Intensives
Topic-specific programs covering the full range of Matrix-Q methodology — from human competency development and multidimensional intelligence to entrepreneurial strategy, community building, and personal sovereignty. Available in multiple formats: self-paced, group cohort, and live intensive.

The Commercial Layer: Matrix-Q License Programs

The Matrix-Q License ecosystem is the mechanism by which the methodology scales without losing integrity.

Rather than franchising a product, I license a living system. Licensees gain access to the full body of Matrix-Q methodology, tools, and intellectual property — and the right to deliver it within their own context, to their own clients, under their own brand.

This is sovereign entrepreneurship in practice. The licensee is not an employee. They are not a franchisee following a rigid script. They are an independent operator, equipped with a powerful proprietary toolkit, building their own venture on a foundation that has taken more than two decades to develop.

Everything I have built rests on a foundation that cannot be automated, packaged, or scaled in the conventional sense. It rests on human relationship.

The Matrix-Q Community is not a mailing list or a social media following. It is a living network of people who share a set of values, a commitment to growth, and a belief that entrepreneurship — at its deepest — is a form of human service.

The Circular Human Economy
Value does not flow in one direction. In a healthy ecosystem, every participant both creates and receives value. The Circular Human Economy is a framework for understanding how to build businesses, relationships, and communities where value circulates — rather than accumulates at the top and disappears at the edges.

The Community of Shared Ambition
Entrepreneurs do not thrive alone. But they also do not thrive in communities built around mere networking or superficial support. What accelerates a builder is the presence of other builders who share the same fundamental beliefs, the same drive, and the same willingness to be challenged and to grow. That is what the Matrix-Q Community is — a community of shared ambition.

The Personal Spiritual Journey of Growth
I have never believed that business can be separated from the person who builds it. Every entrepreneur is on a journey — not just a professional journey, but a human one. The deepest work I do — and that the community holds space for — is the integration of that inner journey with the outer work of building. Wisdom, sovereignty, values, and purpose are not soft concepts. They are the hardest and most essential material a builder works with.

What I Bring to Every Conversation

I am not a consultant who advises from a distance. I am a practitioner who has lived everything I teach.

I have built an ecosystem from nothing — with no external funding, no institutional support, and no template to follow. I have developed original methodology, created intellectual property, built community across cultures, and trained hundreds of individuals to step into their own entrepreneurial identity.

I understand what it means to build from conviction when the world around you does not yet understand what you are building. I understand the isolation, the doubt, and the discipline it takes to keep going. And I understand the extraordinary power that becomes available when a builder finds their ecosystem — the right people, the right tools, the right framework — and begins to operate at full capacity.

That is what I bring to Thursday Thé. Not a presentation. A living conversation, with someone who has walked the path and is still walking it.
