Orientation Webinar
Hosting Spaces of Listening, Reflection, and Human Coherence
A live orientation conversation for people considering becoming Orientation Hosts
Why This Webinar Exists
Many people feel the desire to be in service of others,
but struggle to find ways of doing so without pressure, persuasion, or performance.
This webinar exists to offer orientation before commitment.
Not a pitch.
Not a training.
Not a recruitment call.
A space to understand:
- what Orientation Hosting is
- what it is not
- and whether this role is aligned for you
What We Mean by “Orientation”
Orientation is not instruction.
Orientation is what happens when people are given the conditions to:
- slow down
- listen to each other
- think together
- reflect without being directed
- build coherence in complexity
Orientation Hosting is the practice of opening and holding that space.
This webinar models that practice.
What This Webinar Is (and Is Not)
This webinar is:
- a live orientation conversation
- an explanation of the Orientation Host role
- a walkthrough of how hosting actually works
- a space for honest questions and reflection
This webinar is not:
- a sales presentation
- a training or certification
- a promise of income or opportunity
- a requirement to join anything
You are free to attend, listen, and decide for yourself.
What We Will Cover
During this session, we will explore:
- Why orientation matters in the current moment
- What an Orientation Host actually does
- How hosting supports agency, listening, and coherence
- The different orientation topics available (overview of the 27 themes)
- How the hosting access works (platform, timing, boundaries)
- What the minimum investment covers, and why it exists
- Who this role is aligned for — and who it is not
There will be time for questions and shared reflection.
Who This Webinar Is For
This webinar is for people who:
- care about the quality of human connection
- want to support others without becoming an authority
- value listening and reflection over persuasion
- feel responsibility toward the future without ideology
- are curious about hosting meaningful conversations
You do not need experience.
You do not need an audience.
You do not need a plan.
Participation Fee — €4
This webinar has a €4 participation fee.
This fee exists for three reasons:
- To ensure real attendance
It helps filter bots and automated registrations. - To support safety and presence
It reduces no-shows and supports a respectful space. - To align with the ethos of intentional participation
Orientation requires presence. A small commitment supports that.
This is not a profit-making event.
If the fee is a genuine barrier, you may contact us.
What Happens After the Webinar
After the webinar, you may choose to:
- do nothing
- reflect on what you heard
- request an individual orientation conversation
- explore whether Orientation Hosting is aligned for you
There is no obligation to proceed.
Access to hosting is only offered after:
- the webinar
- and an individual orientation conversation
This protects clarity for everyone involved.

This webinar has a small €4 participation fee, equal to 1 ecosystem credit.
